Terms of Service for Padel Score+

By using Padel Score+, you agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) as well as the following specific terms.

Subscription Terms

Padel Score+ offers optional Pro subscriptions and a Lifetime purchase through Apple's App Store:

• Pro Monthly (£2.49/month) and Pro Annual (£19.99/year) subscriptions each include a 1-month free trial.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation is managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Refunds are processed by Apple according to their standard refund policy.
• The Lifetime purchase (£19.99) is a one-time payment that unlocks all Pro features permanently on all devices signed into your Apple ID.

Free vs Pro Features

The Free tier includes core scoring, Bluetooth remote support, and up to 5 mates and 5 recent matches. Pro unlocks unlimited history, unlimited mates, Personal Brief insights, and Weekly Goals.

User Responsibility

Padel Score+ is a scoring companion for padel matches. Scoring is manual — the app does not verify or umpire matches. You are responsible for the accuracy of the scores you record.

Warranty Disclaimer

Padel Score+ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or data preservation. Please note that all your data is stored locally on your device and will be lost if you delete the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the new terms.
