This Privacy Policy describes how Padel Score+ ("we", "our", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application. Padel Score+ is designed to be a fully on-device app — we do not collect, store, transmit, or share your personal data with any server or third party.

Padel Score+ stores the following data locally on your device only, using Apple's SwiftData framework:
This data never leaves your device and is permanently deleted if you delete the app from your iPhone. We have no ability to access or recover this data.
Padel Score+ uses Apple's StoreKit to offer three optional in-app purchases: Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and Lifetime access. All payment information, including your Apple ID, credit card, or billing details, is handled directly by Apple and is never seen or stored by Padel Score+.
The app only receives a transaction confirmation from Apple indicating whether you have an active entitlement. This confirmation is stored locally on your device via Apple's StoreKit.
Padel Score+ syncs match data with the companion Apple Watch app using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. This communication happens directly between your iPhone and your paired Apple Watch. No data is transmitted to any third-party server. Match data on the Watch is stored locally on the Watch only.
Padel Score+ uses Apple's AVAudioSession API to detect volume-button clicks from Bluetooth camera remotes (such as those commonly used as a shutter release for smartphone photography). This is done to allow you to score points hands-free during a match. Padel Score+ does not pair with, store, or track any Bluetooth device data — it only listens for volume-button events from the currently connected device.
When you tap "Share El Partido" at the end of a match, Padel Score+ generates a shareable image on your device. If you choose to save this image to your photo library via iOS's standard share sheet, Padel Score+ requests permission to add to your photo library. Padel Score+ never reads or accesses your existing photos.
Padel Score+ does not track you across other apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not use IDFA (advertising identifier) or any similar tracking technology.
Padel Score+ does not share your data with anyone — because there is no data collected to share. The only external service used is Apple's StoreKit for handling in-app purchases, which is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
Padel Score+ is rated 4+ in the App Store and is safe for use by children. However, the app does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (COPPA) or 16 (GDPR-K in Europe).

Because your data is stored locally on your device only, its security depends on your device's security. We recommend using a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID to protect access to your iPhone. Padel Score+ does not implement additional encryption beyond what iOS provides.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
